3R Nordic Grip Extreme

The ingenious outsole with flat spikes, for safe standing on ice and snow in steep terrain. Excellent braking effect even at high speeds. Increases safety on every toboggan trip, but is also much appreciated by top lugers and people with walking disabilities. Fits, thanks to 4 different sizes, on every shoe. Grinding set for toboggan edges

The steerable toboggans glide on the inner edge of the runners. This will be worn and damaged over time. The edge should be sharpened every now and then. The set consists of 90° angle bracket, diamond, file, brush and instructions for use. A Swiss product compiled for 3R by Usines Métallurgiques de Vallorbe.

Well gliding rails are susceptible to rust. Therefore, the most important rule of conduct for the care of the sled is: Always dry the running surface after use and then wax in or conserve it. We recommend our toboggan wax cream.

With wet new snow there is the danger of adhesion, it feels like “sticking to the snow”. Here our green Rub On wax which contains a lot of fluorine helps.

In extremely cold conditions there can be problems with ice accumulation, mostly in the rear area of the runner. To solve this problem, we have taken the blue Rub On wax from cross-country skiing.
